We are 100% sure that you will love your Haute In Couture purchase! But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us within 48hrs of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions.
Haute In Couture does not offer refunds. We will glady accept exchanges or store credit of items purchased at full retail price minus a 15% restocking fee. In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty item we sincerely apologize! We have a strict quality control team in place to ensure this does not happen. However, If this is the case please send clear images/videos of the incorrect/faulty items to email@example.com and we will resolve this matter for you immediately. All re-shipments are at no additional cost to the customer.
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or items that have been discounted by any promotional code. All lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal hygiene reasons.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The exchange/store credit will be for the value of the item minus a 15% restocking fee. Note: This is only valid for orders purchased in the USA. International returns/exchanges are not accepted.
Please note, Haute In Couture reserves the right to refuse all returns if they do not meet the conditions stated in our policy.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
All tags must be attached
No perfume or other scents
No human or animal hair
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
All original packaging
Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.
Please complete the Exchange Authorization Form we send you by email and send it back with your item.
We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS or UPS for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.
Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.
CHARGEBACK FRAUD DISCLAIMER:
With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, Haute In Couture has contracted Legal counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.
If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation our legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.
Please note any person filing chargebacks to go around store policies will be subject to the above.
Please note any chargeback filed will forfeit any store credits. If your bank sides with us your store credit will not be reactivated and its lost for good.
